Delivery timelines count business days from dispatch. Outer provincial zones may add 1-2 days.

- Send items back within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original packaging.

3. Order processing
Orders submitted before 15:30 on weekdays leave our warehouse same day. Later orders, weekend purchases, and holiday orders process the next business day. Receipt emails deliver immediately.
All supplement tubs, powder canisters, and hydration containers are prepared with induction-sealed tamper-evident inner barriers, airtight neck bands, and desiccants to resist tropical humidity. Shipments are packed in impact-resistant, multi-layer corrugated boxes lined with recyclable shock-absorbing void fill to safeguard container integrity during transit.
4. Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing the unique courier waybill code is transmitted via email and SMS, enabling real-time package monitoring through the respective courier tracking portal.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
Track status stalled for 5 business days: email [email protected] with your order number. We lodge an investigation with the courier, then dispatch a replacement tub or issue a complete refund, per your choice, within 10 business days of your report.
6. Damaged on arrival
Examine the parcel upon courier arrival before accepting. If transit damage, ruptured seals, or leakage are visible, document the outer package and damaged supplement container with clear photographs, refuse delivery or notify our customer support at [email protected] within 48 hours for immediate investigation and reshipment.
7. Payment methods
Accepted payment channels: Bank transfer. We never request your banking passwords or card numbers via telephone or email.
8. Delivery outside Philippines
We ship to specific regional territories. Exact freight rates and delivery windows appear at checkout before final payment. Consignees cover local import fees where applicable.
