Item listings state exact active ingredients, serving counts, net weights, and delivery formats. Product visuals serve reference purposes; physical labels may show minor print variations.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order submits when checkout is completed. We dispatch an email receipt; the sales agreement locks in upon warehouse parcel release. We reserve cancellation rights if batch stock runs out or delivery data fails verification, promptly refunding all collected sums.
4. Prices and payment
Product rates appear in PHP inclusive of local VAT where mandated. Shipping fees calculate at checkout prior to final authorization. Valid payment types: Bank transfer. Clear clerical pricing errors may be rectified prior to dispatch, offering buyers reconfirmation or cancellation.

We own delivery risk until the courier releases packages to you or your designated recipient. Loss or damage responsibility shifts to you immediately after. Check parcels on arrival, note external damage with the driver, and alert us within 48 hours.

- Nutritional powders or liquid formulas inseparably mixed with other liquids, foods, or substances after delivery
- Digital training guides, workout manuals, or digital nutritional regimens accessed or downloaded by the buyer
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of the Philippines, the total liability of KuraVelo Nutrition Inc. for any claim arising out of purchase or delivery shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order or ₱5,000, whichever amount is lower. These provisions do not restrict statutory liability where governing law forbids such limits.

Buyers must be at least 18 years old. Follow label directions for every supplement; these formulas do not replace professional medical guidance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with exclusive legal jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Metro Manila. Unresolved disputes proceed to the competent court at our registered business location, maintaining statutory consumer rights in your home country.
