Return any item from Kuravelo within 14 days of arrival for any reason, provided items remain unused and in original packaging. Review terms, steps, costs, and refund timelines below.
14-day refund guarantee
The return period runs for 14 days from the delivery scan. This covers defective supplements, transit damage, order errors, or standard change of mind.
Return conditions
- Damaged or flawed items: immediate product replacement or complete refund covering outbound carriage; provide photographs with your ticket.
- Wrong product shipped: correct supplements dispatch right away, and incorrect items are collected at our expense.
- Standard returns require unsealed, unused tubs in original packaging with protective seals intact. Return transit costs are your responsibility, and initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Opened supplement containers cannot be resold for health safety and are ineligible for return unless defective.
Return process
- Contact [email protected] or call +63 786 441 659 within 14 days of delivery. State your order number, return reason, and attach photos of any transit damage.
- We issue a return authorization number and warehouse destination address within one business day.
- Pack products in original boxes. Insert a slip with your return authorization code, then seal the parcel securely.
- Ship the box to the provided address and email the parcel tracking code. Retain postal receipts until your funds clear.
Refunds and processing time
Warehouse inspection completes within 3 business days of receipt, followed by email confirmation. Refunds reverse via original payment route: cash-on-delivery payments transfer to your specified bank account, bank-transfer orders return to the originating account. Banks post funds within 1-5 business days.
Exchanges and cancellations
Product swaps require completing standard return procedures and submitting a separate purchase. We process returned item refunds upon receipt. Cancel unfulfilled orders at no fee before warehouse dispatch by emailing [email protected] with your order code.
