Kuravelo operates under Kuravelo Nutrition Inc., 54 Valeria Street, Barangay Danao, Iloilo City, 5000, Philippines. Merchant details and registration data remain on the Legal Notice page and order confirmations. Send returns solely to the return address provided in our return authorization. Do not ship parcels elsewhere.

Website use

Buyers must be 18 or older. Items and website access serve personal, non-commercial use unless approved in writing. We can decline, cap, or void orders for unverified data, depleted stock, or fraud risks, issuing immediate refunds for captured funds.

Product pricing, taxes, and customs

All figures display in PHP. Freight fees appear during checkout before final submission. If a pricing glitch occurs before dispatch, we will offer the accurate price or cancel the order without fee.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Domestic deliveries in Philippines include applicable VAT. Orders outside Philippines incur local border duties, clearance fees, and taxes collected from the recipient. Refusing customs clearance treats the shipment as a return, deducting transport costs from your refund.

Checkout, payment methods, and order processing

We support Bank transfer. Our platform stores zero card numbers or direct banking credentials.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Orders process once checkout finishes. You receive an automated order number by email. The sales contract forms once items ship and dispatch notice sends. We retain the right to cancel and refund prior to shipping.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Failed or unpaid transactions stay in our warehouse. For cash on delivery orders, uncollected or declined packages return to base, and the order is cancelled.

Data security and user privacy

We collect strictly necessary customer data to fulfill parcels, resolve support tickets, and maintain network defense per the Privacy Policy. Cookie implementation follows our Cookie Policy. Both documents integrate into these terms.

Supplement intake, safety notes, and directions

Follow label instructions, product sheets, and packaging enclosures closely. Store out of reach of minors unless formulated specifically for them. Product images reflect real stock, though display calibration can cause minor hue variances that do not constitute defects.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Keep containers stored under the environmental conditions stated on the jar. Discard products once past their printed expiry or best-before stamp. Follow municipal guidelines for recycling tubs and wrappers.

Shipment handover and transit liability

We bear cargo risk until the carrier delivers goods to your listed recipient and address, transferring transit liability to you upon delivery. Report visible parcel damage to [email protected] within 48 hours with photo proof. Verify delivery coordinates: uncollected shipments or incorrect addresses result in refunds minus outbound transit expenses.

Return conditions, refunds, and claims

Return items within 14 days of receipt following our Returns & Refunds policy. Obtain an authorization number before dispatching items to our designated depot address. Refunds cover product costs, while postage is reimbursed only for defective items or shipping errors. Regional consumer withdrawal protections remain intact.

Warranty and product conformity

Delivered goods match catalog listings and arrive defect-free. In accordance with Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), Kuravelo Nutrition Inc. warrants that all goods match their published ingredient specifications, remain unexpired, and arrive with factory safety seals fully intact. We make no medical representations regarding individual bodily outcomes. Defective items within local statutory warranty terms receive replacement, repair, or refund following our review. Normal degradation, improper storage, or post-delivery damage fall outside coverage.

Acceptable use and platform conduct

Do not place fake orders, disrupt system infrastructure, scrape user records, or upload harmful or unlawful material. Violating system rules leads to instant access restrictions.

Intellectual property

Site graphics, formulas, copy, logos, and code remain the property of Kuravelo Nutrition Inc. or its licensors. Printing copies for personal reference is allowed. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution requires prior written approval.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

The total statutory liability of Kuravelo Nutrition Inc. for any verified claim arising out of purchase or product use shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order, or ₱5,000, whichever amount is lower. Full liability applies for gross negligence, willful misconduct, physical harm, or non-waivable statutory requirements. For secondary claims, liability is capped strictly at foreseeable damages standard to retail sales contracts.

Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless and cover third-party claims stemming from your rule violations or submitted materials, to the full limit permitted by applicable law.

Governing law and dispute resolution

The laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila. Unresolved disputes proceed to the competent court where the merchant is registered. Consumers retain their lawful right to file claims in their local home jurisdiction. Non-waivable statutory consumer protections in your home country remain active.

Electronic communications

Order receipts, packing slips, invoices, and legal notices go to your submitted checkout email. Maintain your inbox and inspect spam folders. Messages sent to that destination count as legally received.

Assignment

We may assign operational rights and duties under this contract to a business successor, without diminishing your protections. Customers cannot assign contract rights without prior written sign-off.

No waiver

Delay in enforcing any provision here does not surrender our legal right to enforce it later.

Severability

Invalid clauses do not void the remainder. If any term fails legally, the closest enforceable provision takes its place immediately.

Termination

Term violations result in closed accounts or rejected orders. Dispatched shipments will proceed as planned.

Entire agreement

These terms, linked policies, and your purchase receipt form our complete contract. If translated, the language used during your purchase controls.
