Orders submitted before 13:00 on regular business days ship that afternoon; weekend, holiday, or late orders dispatch the following business day. Confirmation notes with order numbers issue immediately; dispatch notices with tracking codes follow upon parcel release.

Open the Track Your Order tool and submit your order reference number.
Tracking data appears after initial depot intake, typically within 24 hours of package handoff.
Status entries record transit checkpoints until final drop-off at your location.

Delivery timelines count business days from dispatch and represent realistic estimates, not fixed deadlines. Remote addresses require 1-2 additional days.

Shipping and handling costs

Orders over ₱2400 ship free in Philippines. Orders below that threshold cost ₱120. Exact carrier rates for your address display during checkout prior to bank transfer confirmation.

International shipping

Destinations outside Philippines display exact transit fees and estimated times at checkout. Border duties and import taxes are levied by local authorities and paid by the buyer. Refused parcels process as returns.

Damaged, delayed, or missing shipments

6.1 Damaged

Inspect cartons on arrival. If jars or seals arrive damaged, photograph the damage and email [email protected] within 48 hours. We dispatch a replacement or refund payment; broken items need not be returned unless requested.

6.2 Lost

If tracking logs show zero progress for 5 business days, alert us with your order reference. We open an investigation and reship your items or issue a full refund, per your choice, within 10 business days.

6.3 Packages scanned as delivered but missing

Verify with neighbors, building reception, and local sorting offices first, then email us within 3 days of delivery confirmation. We lodge an inquiry with the carrier and track it to resolution.
