We accept cash on delivery and manual bank transfers. You can pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches your door, or submit payment to our local bank account during checkout. We do not use card payments or online merchant portals.

Couriers will coordinate with you via phone call or SMS upon arrival at your building. If you reside in an upper-floor walk-up, couriers can meet you at the lobby entrance or deliver directly to your unit door depending on building security protocols. Dispatch takes place the same day for orders confirmed by 13:00 on business days.

Every Kuravelo product features an airtight induction inner foil. If your parcel incurs rough handling and the hygiene seal arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a photo of the tub. We replace faulty, damaged items within our 30-day return policy at no extra shipping cost to you.
